The North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission has certified Chris for:
- Superior Court Mediation
- Family Financial Mediation
- Mediation of Estate, Guardianship and other Matters Before the Clerk
MEDIATION OF CASES IN VARIOUS COURTS
Chris has mediated cases pending in North Carolina state trial courts, including the North Carolina Business Court. Chris is also on the approved mediator list for the United States District Court for the Western District of North Carolina.
EXPERIENCE
Chris has served as a mediator since 2013. He is the former Chair of the Mecklenburg County Fee Dispute Resolution Committee.
ARBITRATION
Chris also serves as an arbitrator for civil and family law related issues.
CREATIVE ADR
Sometimes a dispute does not lend itself to a single, static method of dispute resolution. Some disputes require more than one approach. Chris has helped craft creative methods of dispute resolution that incorporate elements of mediation, arbitration and other forms of dispute resolution.
